node-auth0 7.0.0 is a breaking release: AuthenticationClient and its sub-clients, UserInfoClient, and the public ResponseError, FetchError and JSONApiResponse exports are removed. Authentication calls move to @auth0/auth0-auth-js; see the v7 migration guide.
