Order details sent to PayPal will include line items with per-item tax across payment methods, retain full amount breakdowns when discounts cause fractional-cent or one-yen differences, show shipping tax in the shipping amount, and show pre-tax line-item prices with tax listed separately on stores that enter prices with tax. The amount charged to the shopper does not change.
