# Deepgram Flux STT moves to a new Engine runtime

Self-Hosted release 261020 requires new .dgv2 Flux model files; an Engine with only older .dg files exits at startup when Flux is enabled. Obtain new models before upgrading, or retain release-261001 or earlier. Upgrade API and Engine together to avoid rejected Configure updates. Engine requires NVIDIA driver 580 or newer with open kernel modules.
