# LangSmith Sandbox filesystem capacity capped at 640 GiB by default

Creating or resizing a sandbox above 640 GiB now returns a validation error. Operators can raise the limit with SANDBOX\_MAX\_FS\_CAPACITY\_BYTES; existing sandboxes keep their current size.
