Pinecone TypeScript SDK 9.0.0 has breaking changes: Node.js 22 is now the minimum, and pc.preview and Preview\* exports are removed in favor of pc.index(name).namespace(ns).documents. Pod index creation, top-level embed and several response types also change; see the v9 migration guide.
