Go SDK v7.0.0 uses API version 2026-07 and adds Documents API support. Breaking: the module path is github.com/pinecone-io/go-pinecone/v7, pod-based index creation is removed, enum constants are prefixed with their type (Aws is now CloudAWS), ListImports takes a \*ListImportsRequest, and ConfigureIndexParams.Embed is replaced by ConfigureIndexParams.Schema.
