Sentry JavaScript SDK 11.0.0 has breaking changes: Node.js 20.19.0 or later is required, initialising via --require is removed, and skipOpenTelemetrySetup is replaced by enableOpenTelemetrySetup. AI integrations move to @sentry/server-utils and several span attributes and ops are renamed; see the v10-to-v11 migration guide.
