All shopify- skills in AI Toolkit, such as shopify-admin and shopify-functions, are consolidated into a single shopify skill. Environments that install skills with npx skills or similar tools must remove the old skills and run npx skills add Shopify/shopify-ai-toolkit --skill shopify.
