WooCommerce Subscriptions 9.2.0: wcs\_can\_items\_be\_removed() now requires the edit\_shop\_subscription\_line\_items capability, returns false with no user (cron, WP-CLI, unauthenticated REST), and its filter can no longer grant removal. Removal and resubscribe links issued before 9.2.0 no longer verify. The /wc/v3/settings/subscriptions fields move to a new Settings\_Page class and WC\_REST\_Subscriptions\_Settings is deprecated.
