Write to the address that matches what you need. ## Support and accounts For your account, billing, refunds and anything about your personal data, write to [support@harbyn.com](mailto:support@harbyn.com). Write from the email address of your account when the request is about that account, so we can act on it. - Data requests (access, correction, export, deletion) are answered within 15 days, as the [privacy policy](https://harbyn.com/privacy#rights) says. You can also download or delete your data yourself in Settings > Your data. - Refunds: within 7 days of the first charge of a subscription, as the [terms](https://harbyn.com/terms#payment) say. You can cancel at any time in Settings > Billing. - For general questions about Harbyn, write to [hello@harbyn.com](mailto:hello@harbyn.com). ## Security reports If you find a security problem in Harbyn, the CLI, the GitHub Action, the change feed or this site, email [security@harbyn.com](mailto:security@harbyn.com). Reports in English or Portuguese are welcome. Include the steps to reproduce it, and do not access data that is not yours. The same address is published in [/.well-known/security.txt](https://harbyn.com/.well-known/security.txt), and the [security page](https://harbyn.com/security) describes how Harbyn is built. ## A wrong change event Every change event links the vendor page it is based on. If an event is wrong, late or missing, write to [support@harbyn.com](mailto:support@harbyn.com) with the link to the event and to the vendor's announcement. We check it against the source and correct the event for everyone who reads the feed. ## CLI and Action issues The CLI and the GitHub Action are open source. Bugs and feature requests for them can be opened as issues at [github.com/harbyn/cli/issues](https://github.com/harbyn/cli/issues).
